Initial Assessment
A Principle from Aspirations Career Services will speak with key members of the client's management team to learn about the available position, with focus on the company's growth opportunities, challenges, and culture. During this process, Aspirations Career Services will help clearly define of the vital skills and experience required for the open position.


Position Description Creation and Posting
Upon completion of the initial consultation, Aspirations Career Services will draft a comprehensive position description and submit it to the client for approval. Upon approval, Aspirations Career Services will research target companies and resources, while using effective online recruiting techniques, to find the best possible match.


Candidate Identification
In addition to leveraging our extensive resume bank and contact database to identify candidates who best match the client company's criteria, Aspirations Career Services will conduct original and throrough research to identify prospective candidates. Clients are never left in the dark about the progress of their search, because Aspirations Career Services provide weekly status reports and will quickly respond to questions and feedback regarding the produced results.


Candidate Interviews and Presentation
Aspirations Career Services thoroughly screens all candidates by telephone. During these interviews, candiates are carefully evaluated by their accomplishments, technical skills, and experience, as well as their cultural fit with the client organization. Evaluation summaries are then produced for the most qualified candidates and presented to the client.


Final Selection
Once the client offers the position to the best candidate, Aspirations Career Services will assist in negotiating compensation at the client's request. Finally, the client extends an offer letter.


Follow Up
After the candidate joins the company, Aspirations Career Services follows up with both the client and the candidate to monitor the candidate's success and to verify that Aspirations Career Services has met the needs of the client company. To guarantee the quality of the candidate, Aspirations Career Services does not charge one cent of the commission fee until the candidate successfully completes 90 days of employment with the client's firm.
