Job Description: As a Landscape Designer you will create original and inspiring landscape designs and estimating projects for clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitate projects to ensure the timely delivery of designs
- Produce quality landscape designs to improve client properties
- Develop cost analyses and generate accurate estimates for design projects
- Review project paraemeters to ensure scope of work meets client requirements
- Meet with clients; prepare and deliver design presentations
- Conduct property inspections, site inventory and site analysis
- Prepare measurements, base maps, digital imagery, and color rendering
- Select plant material; provide on-site supervision and plant layout
Job Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture, 3+ years of landscape design experience for both residential and high-end commercial properties. Working knowledge of scaled drawings, hand rendering, digital imagery, and the ability to read engineering site plans; AutoCAD experience a plus. Superior creativity, landscape design skills, and artistic talent. Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
