Job Description: Review drawings in relation to commercial development, residential development, and grading and drainage. Work as part of team in conjunction with other Architects, Landscape Architects, Planners, and Engineers in all aspects of the design/ development (DD) process. Perform site inspections at the various stages of DD to ensure the quality of project execution and develop policies and procedures to streamline the entire DD process.

Desired Qualifications: Candidate should submit resume and cover letter. Include information about the status of progress in passing the Landscape Architecture Registration Examination (LARE). Candidate is to be a Registered Landscape Architect (RLA) within 12 months of hire.

Must have a valid Florida State driver’s license and have personal insurance coverage. Extended driving (possibly using company vehicles) may be required. 

Required Years of Experience: 3 years minimum landscape architectural experience along with Bachelor’s of Landscape Architecture degree. Experience in plan review and public projects is beneficial. Must have excellent customer service skills.

Citizenship: Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Must be a resident of Dade County within 24 months of hire.

Benefits: $50,000 - $80,000 starting salary based upon experience (and other qualifications) at the time of hire.
