Job Description: The candidate will perform plan reviews for all areas of development and planning including industrial, commercial, institutional, recreational, and residential. The candidate will also provide site inspections and provide relevant project information to all necessary parties (including but not limited to architects, engineers, landscape architects, public attorneys, and developers).
Desired Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, work ethic, and organizational skills are required to perform day-to-day tasks. Candidate must be able to travel to project sites to perform inspections
Required Years of Experience: A bachelor’s of landscape architecture degree (or related filed) is required. Knowledge in city zoning and ordinances is preferred and beneficial.
Citizenship: Must be a United States citizen and have a valid New Mexico driver’s license.
Benefits: Positions salary starts at $44,000. Actual paid salary will be based upon experience
